Shala Yoga Rug
- The Shala Yoga Rug is very comfortable and pleasant for practice
- The grip is quite different from traditional yoga mats; it might even be slightly slippery, which is an advantage for jumps or for those who sweat a lot (since the mat grips excellently when wet or damp)

The Shala Yoga Rug is made from leftover cotton clothing from local factories. These are not used clothes. They are fabric scraps left over from clothing production. This reduces the amount of waste.
