Do not leave the mat exposed to direct sunlight. If wet, allow the mat to dry before rolling up.
After practicing yoga, when the yoga mat wet and damp from sweat or water, be sure to dry the mat before rolling it up. Unfold the pillow on the floor or hang it to dry completely, then roll it up.
It is important to always bend it from the outside outwards - to prevent the yoga mat from bending.
We recommend washing the mat by hand. It is also allowed to wash in the washing machine: wash the mat on a low spin, without bleach or fabric softener, in cold water. Hang it on a stand to dry well.
If your palms and feet are dry, lightly spray the mat with water at the beginning of the practice!
