How to clean?
Make a water bathtub - mix one cap of cleanser and add to 1 gallon of water. Soak yoga mat 5-10 minutes in solution, periodically moving mat around. Rinse yoga mat thoroughly with fresh water.
Hang it to dry for 24 hours, air dry before rolling or using. Depending upon frequency of use, do a deep cleanse 2 to 4
For everyday cleaning use Manduka Universal yoga mat cleaner.
