Coffee Honduras Capucas BIO from Escobar grown in the micro plantations of the Capucas cooperative in the western part of Honduras. It received the ECO certificate because it is entirely produced in a natural way in accordance with organic standards. Honduras Capucas organic coffee is also special because Omar, the Escobar roaster, comes from Honduras. Honduras is the land of coffee and Omar certainly brought us the best.

The history of the Capucas plantation dates back to 1885. In the beginning, coffee and tobacco were grown only for their own needs. 75 years later, they expanded the family coffee plantation, acquired the necessary knowledge and raised coffee production to a higher, professional level. In 1999, they founded the Capucas cooperative and connected the surrounding families, young growers, and thus raised the quality to excellence. The Capucas cooperative helps finance development projects, improves the quality of life of the local population and helps with education.
